Here is a collection of my favourite recipes that contain gluten, meat and/or dairy:
Roasted Garlic with Baked Brie and Caramelized Onion JamDecadent appetizer served on toasted bread (I had a gluten-free pizza crust in the freezer that worked beautifully). For the onion jam, you can use coconut sugar (way less than a cup) and red balsamic vinegar if you don't have white on hand.
Basil Pesto
Simple recipe, always delicious. Works well with other nuts too. Try substituting Parmesan cheese with a vegan option.
Chicken Fingers (Almond, chia, flax sesame crust)
If you like "breaded" chicken, this recipe creates a crunchy coating and keeps the chicken tender. Flax has a strong flavour and I don't always have hemp seeds around so I use extra almonds, chia and sesame seeds. Serve with spicy mayo.
Cheesy Baked Cauliflower Tots
Amazing recipe, especially if you don't love cauliflower. Remove as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower first. Mini muffin tins work well but you can also make bite-sized balls and bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet. To make it worth your while, use an entire head of cauliflower and double the recipe. You can get away with less than two eggs (1 or 1.5) for a double batch.
Chicken lettuce wraps
One of the few recipes out there that doesn't involve ground chicken. Add extra stir-fry sauce, red peppers and crushed cashews. You don't really need the special sauce. If you plan to make it, read the Comments section after the recipe for tips on how to make the special sauce better.
Grilled Chili Lime Chicken Fajita Salad
This salad won't leave you hungry. I prefer to use chicken breasts and skip the cumin.
Nobu's Miso-Marinated Black Cod
I don't love to eat fish but black cod is considered to be sustainable and it's not too fishy. Guests always enjoy this simple dish and it's superb even if you don't have time to marinate for 2-3 days.
Oregano Pesto
Good recipe when you have extra oregano. Nice change from basil pesto.
Rustic Italian Bread
If you want to make delicious bread quickly and without a machine, this is a terrific recipe. I use "00" flour. Gluten-free flour mixes haven't worked well for me.
Two-Ingredient Pizza Dough
Quick way to make delicious bread. I've used gluten-free flour (with baking powder and salt) and it always works beautifully.
1
1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons
baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt - See more at:

Tuscan Kale Salad
I'm addicted to this simple green salad. Until now, the only kale I enjoyed was in the form of chips (oven or dehydrator). Sometimes I crush roasted dried chickpeas with a mortar and pestle instead of using breadcrumbs. I haven't tried it with nutritional yeast, but veggie Parmesan would probably work.
Vanilla Ice Cream
If you are going to eat dairy ice cream, homemade is the way to go! It's my daughter's favourite treat, especially when I double the vanilla bean.
