Ingredients
- ½ cup grated horseradish
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 ½ tbsp. fresh lemon juice (in a pinch, lemon in a jar will work too)
- 1 green onion, minced
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
