Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 green onions
- 2 handfuls of cilantro
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- salt to taste
- dried chilis or chipotle peppers, to taste
- Dice the tomatoes
- Finely chop the onions and cilantro
- Add the rest of the ingredients and let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
